 sh Columbia\, Canada.\n\nThis new open championships will become one of th
 e largest karate tournaments ever held in Canada by offering any recreatio
 nal athlete to high-performance athlete from around Canada and the world t
 he chance to compete together in the destination city of Vancouver.\n\nThe
 re has been growing demand for a national open karate championships in Can
 ada\, as seen with the many karate athletes from Canada and other countrie
 s attending the popular US Open Karate Championships in Las Vegas\, and th
 e many US athletes who routinely come to local Canadian tournaments.\n\nWi
