---------------------------\n\nHi All\,\n\nMany thanks to those of you who
were able to attend the fantastic sessions on Positive Coaching\, Video P
erformance Analysis and Kumite training for top performers. There has been
lots of practical guidance provided from which all coaches can benefit
 – and the final session of this VKO series promises to be just as great!
\n\nWe are absolutely delighted to have Dale Gamble and Tony Dent (both WK
F referees) presenting the 4th VKO session on Refereeing. Dale and Tony’
s attached biographies demonstrate their outstanding ability and leadershi
p in refereeing and their development. They are both world-class talents\n
\nand this is a session not to be missed.\n\nDuring the VKO pilot this was
one of the most popular sessions – giving coaches a deeper understandin
g of the rules and what the top referees look for in kata and kumite\, wil
l lead to better performance for their athletes.\n\nPlease distribute this
invite to all your associations and encourage attendance by both male and
female coaches and competitors.\n\nKey points to note are:\n\n This sess
ion is predominantly aimed at coaching coaches and referees but we’re su
re competitors will also benefit greatly from it. Feel free to invite peop
le you think would benefit from the session.\n questions can be submitted
using virtualkarateoutreach@gmail.com\n The session will be carried out
using Zoom and will comprise 60mins of presentation and 30mins of question
 s. This is a fantastic opportunity for your coaches to put their questions
directly to Dale &amp\; Tony\n Alternatively\, questions can be submitte
d using virtualkarateoutreach@gmail.com\n The same session will be carrie
d out twice during the day. This aims to provide suitable timeslots that a
