  is bringing in Sensei Mohamed Hamdy. He is an international coach who h
 as worked with many para athletes.\n\nThe sessions take place on December 
 5th and 6th from 5:00 -8:00 pm.\n\nThe sessions are being offered for fr
 ee\, and would be a great opportunity to get some knowledge from a high-le
