DESCRIPTION:We will be returning with a digital AGM for 2022.  We  feel t
 his allows for those dojos who are further outside the city to participate
  as the travel time will be just minutes :)\n\n 	Who: Open to all KNS memb
 ers\, you are encouraged to attend\; you do not have to be an instructor/c
 oach. However\, each dojo is only permitted 2 voting members as designated
  by Head Instructor\, the rest would be non-voting members.\n 	What: AGM!

 d current business of the KNS.  All the documents for the AGM will be mad
 e available prior to Sunday meeting.  They are being added as they become

 ou will see the term duration::\n\n\n 	Director at Large (mandate will be 
 until 2023 AGM)\,\n 	Director at Large (mandate will be until 2024 AGM)\,\
 n 	Director at Large (mandate will be until 2024 AGM)\,\n 	Secretary (mand
 ate will be until 2024 AGM)\,\n 	Athlete Director (nominated by High Perfo
 rmance Committee\, ratified at AGM\, mandate will be until 2024 AGM)\,\n\n
 Due to the AGM being digital we will not be taking any "in session" nomina
 tions. This is necessary in order for us to prepare for online voting to m
 ake the process as smooth as possible.  Any unfilled positions at complet
 ion of AGM will be chosen by members of the board/executive as per bylaws.
 \n\nNomination Process: Should you be interested in any of the positions\,
  here is the nomination process:\n\n 	Nominations will not be accepted fro
 m the floor.\n 	Any Voting Member of KNS may nominate another member to be
  one of the\nmembers of the Board/Executive.  (Each dojo has 2 voting mem
 bers\, please check with your dojo)\,\n 	There is no limit on how many nom
 inations a voting member puts forward.\n 	Members could be nominated for m
 ore than one position.\n 	Nomination must be submitted to the KNS Technica
 l Director (td@karatens.org) by May 7th\, 2022  Extended to May 13th\n 	S
 ubmission must include details that note the individual doing the nominati
 ng\, the nominee\, the position being nominated for\, and an overview of i
 nterest\, experience\, skills that the nominee will bring to the board/exe
 cutive.  These details will be provided to the voting members at the AGM 
 so that they can make a better informed decision.\n 	You do not have to be
  a head instructor or senior member of a dojo to have your name put forwar
 d for any of the vacancies\, you just need to be willing to volunteer time
  and energy and work with team to make a difference!\n\nGet involved\, col
 laborate and spread the love of the art and sport! Many hands make light w
 ork!
