 m-results/\n\n\nAvailable Board/Executive Positions - Here is a list of al
 l the positions that are becoming available and are open to nominations\, 
 in brackets you will see the term duration:\n\n\n 	Vice President (mandate
  will be until 2027 AGM)\,\n 	Treasurer (mandate will be until 2027 AGM)\,
 \n 	Director at Large (mandate will be until 2027 AGM)\,\n 	Director at La
 rge (mandate will be until 2027 AGM).\n\nWe do not take any "in session" n
 ominations. This is necessary in order for us to prepare for AGM materials
 \, preppare online voting option\, and to make the process as smooth as po
 ssible.  Any unfilled positions at completion of AGM will be chosen by me
 mbers of the board/executive as per bylaws.\n\nNomination Process: Should 
 you be interested in any of the positions\, here is the nomination process
 :\n\n 	Existing board members whose term has just ended and wish to return
  for another term in the same role can inform the current board\; and they
  will automatically be added to the candidate list  and do not have to co
 ntinue with the remaining steps of the process.\n 	Nominations will not be
  accepted from the floor.\n 	Any Voting Member of KNS may nominate another
  member to be one of the\nmembers of the Board/Executive.  (Each dojo has
  2 voting members\, please check with your dojo)\,\n 	There is no limit on
  how many nominations a voting member puts forward.\n 	Members could be no
 minated for more than one position.\n 	Nomination must be submitted to the
  KNS Technical Director (td@karatens.org) by April 20th.\n 	Submission mus
 t include details that note the individual doing the nominating\, the nomi
 nee\, the position being nominated for\, and an overview of interest\, exp
 erience\, skills that the nominee will bring to the board/executive.  The
 se details will be provided to the voting members at the AGM so that they 
 can make a better informed decision.\n 	You do not have to be a head instr
 uctor or senior member of a dojo to have your name put forward for any of 
 the vacancies\, you just need to be willing to volunteer time and energy a
 nd work with team to make a difference!\n\nGet involved\, collaborate and 
 spread the love of the art and sport! Many hands make light work!
