 m-results/\n\n\nAvailable Board/Executive Positions - Here is a list of al
 l the positions that are becoming available and are open to nominations\, 
 in brackets you will see the term duration:\n\n\n 	Secretary (mandate will
  be until 2028 AGM) - currently held by Anthony Shanks\n 	Director at Larg
 e (mandate will be until 2028 AGM) - currently held by Daniel Benoit\n 	Di
 rector at Large (mandate will be until 2028 AGM) - currently held by Doug 
 Chetwynd\n 	Athlete Director (nominated by High Performance\, mandate will
  be until 2028 AGM) - currently held by Serena MacRury\n\nWe do not take a
 ny "in session" nominations. This is necessary in order for us to prepare 
 for AGM materials\, preppare online voting option\, and to make the proces
 s as smooth as possible.  Any unfilled positions at completion of AGM wil
 l be chosen by members of the board/executive as per bylaws.\n\nNomination
  Process: Should you be interested in any of the positions\, here is the n
 omination process:\n\n 	Existing board members whose term has just ended a
 nd wish to return for another term in the same role can inform the current
  board\; and they will automatically be added to the candidate list  and 
 do not have to continue with the remaining steps of the process.\n 	Nomina
 tions will not be accepted from the floor.\n 	Any Voting Member of KNS may
  nominate another member to be one of the\nmembers of the Board/Executive.
   (Each dojo has 2 voting members\, please check with your dojo)\,\n 	The
 re is no limit on how many nominations a voting member puts forward.\n 	Me
 mbers could be nominated for more than one position.\n 	Nomination must be
  submitted to the KNS Technical Director (td@karatens.org) by April 19th\,
  2026.\n 	Submission must include details that note the individual doing t
 he nominating\, the nominee\, the position being nominated for\, and an ov
 erview of interest\, experience\, skills that the nominee will bring to th
 e board/executive.  These details will be provided to the voting members 
 at the AGM so that they can make a better informed decision.\n 	You do not
  have to be a head instructor or senior member of a dojo to have your name
  put forward for any of the vacancies\, you just need to be willing to vol
 unteer time and energy and work with team to make a difference!\n\nGet inv
 olved\, collaborate and spread the love of the art and sport! Many hands m
 ake light work!
