This is n ecessary in order for us to prepare for AGM materials\, preppare online vo ting option\, and to make the process as smooth as possible.  Any unfille d positions at completion of AGM will be chosen by members of the board/ex ecutive as per bylaws.\n\nNomination Process: Should you be interested in any of the positions\, here is the nomination process:\n\n Nominations wi ll not be accepted from the floor.\n Any Voting Member of KNS may nominat e another member to be one of the\nmembers of the Board/Executive.  (Each dojo has 2 voting members\, please check with your dojo)\,\n There is no limit on how many nominations a voting member puts forward.\n Members co uld be nominated for more than one position.\n Nomination must be submitt ed to the KNS Technical Director (td@karatens.org) by April 20th.\n Submi ssion must include details that note the individual doing the nominating\, the nominee\, the position being nominated for\, and an overview of inter est\, experience\, skills that the nominee will bring to the board/executi ve.  These details will be provided to the voting members at the AGM so t hat they can make a better informed decision.\n You do not have to be a h ead instructor or senior member of a dojo to have your name put forward fo r any of the vacancies\, you just need to be willing to volunteer time and energy and work with team to make a difference!\n\nGet involved\, collabo rate and spread the love of the art and sport!
