Mr. Sylla is the National Coach for the  Sénégalaise Karate Federation\, and will be sharing informati on on how to be successful at the highest levels of our sport. He is a for mer coach for Karate Canada’s National team and holds a Graduate Degree In High Performance Coaching and Technical Leadership from the University of British Columbia.\n\nHe will be bringing a special guest\, none other t han the great Wayne Otto!\n\nThe name Wayne Otto is synonymous with tourna ment success. Otto is one of the most successful fighters to come out of B ritain. He has appeared in the Guinness Book of Records as having won the most Karate championship medals for a male competitor. Nicknamed the “Bl ack Shark” or the “Black Pearl” by his rivals\, he was the backbone of many successful British and English teams coached by the great Ticky Do novan. Although Otto is mainly thought of as a sport karateka\, the sport ing side of his Karate is just one aspect of his karate.
