DESCRIPTION:\n\nWe have had a few camps during covid\, but now with regulat
 ions adjusting\, and the 2022 Nationals schedule for July 2022 in Newfound
 land\, it is time to get serious.\n\nIt all begins with a fitness test!!\n
 \nThe main focus of the camps will be for athletes 12 years old and up by 
 July 1st\, 2022\, who are interested in trying our for future provincial t
 eams\, as well as those trying out for 2022 team.  \n\nHowever\, we will
  also be accepting ages 10 to 11 for the first few workouts\, which are Op
 en Sessions\, so we can guage the next generation.\n\nCovid Guidelines:  
 Please follow Provincial Guidelines. \n\nOpen to: All KNS members 10 year
 s and older by July 1st\, 2022\n\nWhere: Canada Games Centre\, Halifax\n\n
 When: October 24th\, 2021\n\nTime: 9:00am-12:00pm\nAgenda:  Fitness test 
 (9-10:30 pm)\; kata &amp\; kumite training (10:30-12:00 pm)\n**** Dress: G
 i for karate workout\, but indoor shoes and fitness clothes can be worn fo
 r fitness test.\n\nFee (per registrant): 2 Options. \n\n 	\n\n 	Option 1 
 - $95 for season tryout\, no additional session fees for this season train
 ing sessions\n 	Option 2 - $15 per open session\, more geared for those wh
 o are unsure or are not trying out but just attending open session. \n\n\
