DESCRIPTION:We are pleased to advise you that the time has come to get ever
 yone back together!  \n\n 	March\, Calgary for 2020 Senior National Champ
 ionships\n 	May\, Toronto for 2020 Junior National Championships (Youth\, 
 Cadet\, Junior &amp\; U21)\n\nKumite Training will take place at the Halif
 ax Ryuseikan Dojo at 1237 Cole Harbour Road\, Cole Harbour.\n\nThe team tr
 youts and training camps consist of a series of open workouts open anyone 
 (11 years and up)\, followed by a series of closed workouts for the select
 ed team.\n\nIn order to compete at Senior Nationals an athlete must be at 
 least 18 years old by Nov 17\, 2020.\n\nIn order to compete at Junior Nati
 onals an athlete must be at least 12 years old by May 1\, 2020.\n\nThe cos
 t for the fitness test &amp\; open sessions are $15 per session.\n\nThe re
 gistration cost to try out for the team is $95.00\, includes above open wo
 rkout/fitness test fees. This amount is non-refundable.\n\nDojo Coaches ar
 e encouraged to attend for free!\n\nThe Karate Nova Scotia website has a t
