 arate Team Try Outs\n\nAnyone who wishes to try out for the Nova Scotia Pr
 ovincial Karate team needs to be aware that the first selection tournament
  for the season will take place at Horton High School in Wolfville\, NS on
  April 25\, 2015. Those trying out for the team must register in the categ
 ory they will be competing in at Nationals.\n\nNationals will be held in R
 ichmond\, BC between January 29-31\,2016. In the past\, an athlete needed 
 to be 14 years by the end of August (2016) in order to compete at National
 s. Last year\, there was a Youth Cup that allowed 12-13 year olds to compe
 te. The 12-13 year olds may be included at Nationals this year (however\, 
 that has not yet been confirmed).\n\nThe first team workout will be May 9\
 , 2015. The training sessions are at the Halifax Ryuseikan Dojo at 1237 Co
 le Harbour Road\, Cole Harbour. Training is from 10:00 am to 3:00 pm.\n\nA

 e of upcoming events. (Please note that some of the dates may be subject t
 o change.) It is expected that there will be a second Grand Prix tournamen
 t in November or December 2015 but that date has not been confirmed yet.
