DESCRIPTION:Nova Scotia Provincial Karate Team Try Outs - FITNESS TEST\n\nT
 o find out what kind of shape you are in we will be doing Fitness Testing 
 for those athletes trying out for the team.  The Fitness testing\n will ta
 ke place on Sunday\, Sept 13 during the Sunday class.  If you are  not abl
 e to attend on Sept 13\, you can do the testing on Sept 12 after \nthe Tea
 m practice.  If at all possible I would suggest you come on the 13th becau
 se it will be difficult to do the fitness test after doing a \nteam workou
 t.  The fitness test will take around an hour.  If anyone has  to do the f
 itness testing on Sept 12 please let me know.\nAnyone who wishes to try ou
 t for the Nova Scotia Provincial Karate team needs to be aware that the fi
 rst selection tournament for the season will take place at Horton High Sch
 ool in Wolfville\, NS on April 25\, 2015. Those trying out for the team mu
 st register in the category they will be competing in at Nationals.\n\nNat
 ionals will be held in Richmond\, BC between January 29-31\,2016. In the p
 ast\, an athlete needed to be 14 years by the end of August (2016) in orde
 r to compete at Nationals. Last year\, there was a Youth Cup that allowed 
 12-13 year olds to compete. The 12-13 year olds may be included at Nationa
 ls this year (however\, that has not yet been confirmed).\n\nThe first tea
 m workout will be May 9\, 2015. The training sessions are at the Halifax R
 yuseikan Dojo at 1237 Cole Harbour Road\, Cole Harbour. Training is from 9
 :00 am to 1:00 pm.\n\nAnyone who has questions about the team workouts ple
