DESCRIPTION:Please Note the changes to the schedule as due to numbers we ha
 ve to split the group.\n\n\n\n 	9:30am to 12:00pm - 12 to 15 year olds\n 	
 12:00pm to 1:00pm - Nutrition session\n 	1:00pm to 4:00pm - 16+\n\n\nOpen 
 to: These sessions will be open to all Karate NS athletes 11 years old and
  up\, who are interested in trying our for future or current provincial te
 ams. The minimum age required to make the team is 12 years of age as of Ju
 ly 4\, 2024.\nThese training sessions are mandatory for those trying out h
 owever\, for those that wish to drop ins\, there is no commitment to tryou
 t for future teams. They are to help enhance the talent of our current ath
 lete pool\, and give other provincial athletes a chance to experience what
  a team training is like.\nTryout Registration Fee: If you are trying out 
 for the Karate NS Team there is a $120  registration fee. Upon registerin
 g you will receive an invoice via email that needs to be paid via PayPal o
 r Credit Card.\nDrop In Fee: Open workouts close May 3\, 2024.  Until the
 n\, if you are only doing the open workouts\, the drop in fee is $20\, you
  must complete the athlete registration and then you will receive an invoi
 ce via email that needs to be paid via PayPal or Credit Card.\n\nAll membe
 rs attending these workouts must complete their athlete registration prior
  to attending their first training session. Drop-ins should also email Tec
 hnical Director\, Jeff Murphy at TD@karatens.org so that we do not miss yo
