SUMMARY:KNS - Provincial Karate Team Try Outs - Kumite (16+)
DESCRIPTION:CLOSED to ONLY Karate NS athletes who are interested in trying 
 our for current provincial team in the kumite divisions. The minimum age r
 equired to make the team is 12 years of age as of July 7\, 2023.\nThese tr
 aining sessions are mandatory for those trying out.  The March 5th Kumite
  training in Cole Harbour will be optional for the Clare athletes\, as the
 y have Zone training March 25th.\nKumite Sessions:  Due to the number of 
 competitors\, in order to effectively offer training we have divided into 
 2 groups\n\n 	9:00 am - 12:00 pm Athletes aged 16+\n 	12:30 pm - 3:30 pm A
 thletes aged 11-15 (must be 12 by July 7th\, 2023)\n\nPlease ensure all at
 hletes have submitted the Athlete Agreement form\, which can be found here

 are trying out for the Karate NS Team there is a $100  registration fee.
  Upon registering you will receive an invoice via email that needs to be
  paid via PayPal or Credit Card.\n\nAll members attending these workouts m
 ust complete their athlete registration prior to attending their first t
 raining session.\nCovid Guidelines: Please follow current Provincial Guide
 lines.\nMake sure you famililarize yourself with the KNS Team page on
