DESCRIPTION:Nationals this year will be split between Junior\, taking place
  in Edmonton\, May 2026\; and U21/Senior\, taking place in Halifax\, Febru
 ary 2026.\n\nThe training session will be as such:\n\n 	Kata - 9:00 am –
  10:30 pm\n 	Kumite - 10:45 am - 12:15 am\n 	Kumite - 1:30 pm – 3:00 pm\
