DESCRIPTION:Nationals will be held in Quebec this year at the end of Februa
 ry or beginning of March 2017 (the exact date should be announced in the n
 ext few weeks).\n\nIn order to compete at Nationals an athlete must be at 
 least 12 years of age by August 2017 (the exact cut off date will be annou
 nced once we know it). We are looking forward to seeing some new 11-13 yea
 rs olds.\n\nThe first series of kata workouts are open workouts so if anyo
 ne (11 years and up) is interested in seeing what it is like to train with
  the team you are welcome to attend. An Open workout includes those athlet
 es who might not be ready to be on the team but want the experience.\n\nDo
 jo Coach's are encouraged to attend!  We also encourage participation fro
 m athletes in other Atlantic Provinces who want more opportunities to trai

 there is a tryout fee of $80.00. This amount is non-refundable.  Anyone w
