SUMMARY:KNS - Team Open Camp Workout Kumite Session#2
DESCRIPTION:This is for all kumite athletes who are trying out for the team
 . Training is from 9:00 am to 12:00 pm (Experienced athletes)\, 12:00 pm t
 o 3:00 pm (Less Experienced athletes).\n\n\nNationals will be held in Queb
 ec this year at the end of February or beginning of March 2016 (the exact 
 date should be announced in the next few weeks).\n\nIn order to compete at
  Nationals an athlete must be at least 12 years of age by August 2017 (the
  exact cut off date will be announced once we know it). We are looking for
 ward to seeing some new 11-13 years olds.\n\nThe first four team workouts 
 are open workouts so if anyone (11 years and up) is interested in seeing w
 hat it is like to train with the team you are welcome to attend. An Open w
 orkout includes those athletes who might not be ready to be on the team bu
 t want the experience.\n\nThe cost for the open workouts is $15 per sessio
 n.\n\nThe registration cost to try out for the team is $80.00. This amount
  is non-refundable.\n\nDojo Coach's are welcome to attend at no cost!\n\nA
