SUMMARY:KNS - Team Workout Kumite & Kata Final Session
DESCRIPTION:This is for all kumite athletes who are trying out for the team
 . Training is from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm.\n\nNationals will be held in Quebec
  this year at the end of February or beginning of March 2016 (the exact da
 te should be announced in the next few weeks).\n\nIn order to compete at N
 ationals an athlete must be at least 12 years of age by August 2017 (the e
 xact cut off date will be announced once we know it). We are looking forwa
 rd to seeing some new 11-13 years olds.\n\nThe first four team workouts ar
 e open workouts so if anyone (11 years and up) is interested in seeing wha
 t it is like to train with the team you are welcome to attend. An Open wor
 kout includes those athletes who might not be ready to be on the team but 
 want the experience.\n\nThe cost for the open workouts is $15 per session 
 or $40 for the 4 sessions.\n\nThe registration cost to try out for the tea
 m is $80.00. This amount is non-refundable.\n\nDojo Coach's are welcome to
