Participants may upload their video to their pe rsonal YouTube channel or to their karate club`s YouTube channel.\nName th e video using the following format:\nFirst Name_Last name_kata name\nExamp le: Bruce_Lee_Bassai\nVIDEO  GUIDELINES\n1 -  The entire body of the com petitor\, from head to toe\, must be visible throughout the kata/kumite pe rformance with good lighting. Please ensure you have enough space – No s huffle steps (for kata).\n2 -  Include 5 seconds at the beginning and at the end of each video.\n3 -  The competitor should state their name and t he name of the kata to be performed\, bow and then perform the kata. Finis h with a bow.\n4 -  The camera should be placed directly in front of the competitor\, with a maximum camera angle of 45 degrees from the competitor .\n5 -  No edits of any kind are permitted to be made to the video. The e ntire kata performance must be recorded using a single camera\, and in one single\, continuous take.\n6  -  A minimum resolution of 720p (1280x720 ) is required. Most smartphones are capable of recording at this resolutio n.\n7  -  Sound must be recorded in conjunction with the video. The reco rding must take place in a location with minimal ambient noise.\n8  -  T he video must be filmed in the horizontal format.
