Training for the Advanced/Elite Athletes in Atlantic Canada.
Instructor: Karate Canada Atlantic Regional Training Centre Coach Randy Rix
Open to any student that has either competed/coached at the nationals or is planning to compete/coach at the Nationals this year. We are looking to make the camps more inclusive to give athletes more exposure to competition training. Officials encouraged to attend also!
Focus is on Kumite.
The First Atlantic Regional Training session will be held in PEI on April 11th and 12th at the Bluefield High School.

Sunday 9am – Noon
The school is a ways out of town so it would be a good idea to bring your own lunch. There is a special Karate PEI rate for anyone wishing to stay at any Rodd hotel in town. There will be officials on hand for the Sunday portion of the camp for quality matches as well.
