Open to: All Nova Scotian Women and Girls aged 9-18
Details: The sessions will focus on introduce the Sport of Karate to females with limited or no karate competition experience, but is open to all female karate athletes. Learn about Kata (forms), Kumite (Sparring), Success in Competition, Warms ups and cool downs, Positive Mental Techniques, Nutritional Information Session.
Schedule:
- 9:00 am – 10:30 am Karate Session ages 9-14
- 10:00 am – 11:00 am Nutrition Session ages 9-14
- 11:15 am – 12:30 pm Karate Session ages 15-18
- 12:30 pm – 1:00 pm Nutrition Session ages 15-18
Fee: $10 per registrant
Guidelines: All participants and spectators follow current Provincial Covid-19 Guidelines.
