Open to: Those who are trying out for 2022 Provincial Team. Must be a KNS members, 12 years and older by July 1st, 2022
Where: Canada Games Centre, Halifax
When: April 10th, 2022
Time: 1:00pm-5:00pm
Agenda:
- Nutrionist (1:00-2:00pm)
- Fitness test / Kata & Kumite training (2-5pm)
**** Dress: Gi for karate workout, but indoor shoes and fitness clothes can be worn for fitness test.
Fee: Included in Team tryout fee. If you have not paid tryout feet, cost is $10 per registrant. Please e-transfer payments to treasurer@karatens.org
