Open to: These sessions will be open to all Karate NS athletes 10 years old and up, who are interested in trying our for future or current provincial teams. The minimum age required to make the team is 12 years of age as of July 7, 2023.

These training sessions are mandatory for those trying out however, for those that wish to drop ins, there is no commitment to tryout for future teams. They are to help enhance the talent of our current athlete pool, and give other provincial athletes a chance to experience what a team training is like.

Tryout Registration Fee: If you are trying out for the Karate NS Team there is a $100  registration fee. Upon registering you will receive an invoice via email that needs to be paid via PayPal or Credit Card.

Drop In Fee: Open workouts close April 8, 2023.  Until then, if you are only doing the open workouts, the drop in fee is $20, you must complete the athlete registration and then you will receive an invoice via email that needs to be paid via PayPal or Credit Card.

All members attending these workouts must complete their athlete registration prior to attending their first training session.  Drop-ins should also email Technical Director, Jeff Murphy at TD@karatens.org so that we do not miss you on our list.
