CLOSED to ONLY Karate NS athletes who are interested in trying our for current provincial team in the kumite divisions. The minimum age required to make the team is 12 years of age as of July 7, 2023.
These training sessions are mandatory for those trying out.
Kumite Sessions: Due to the number of competitors, in order to effectively offer training we have divided into 2 groups
- 9:00 am – 12:00 pm Athletes aged 16+
- 12:30 pm – 3:30 pm Athletes aged 11-15 (must be 12 by July 7th, 2023)
Please ensure all athletes have submitted the Athlete Agreement form, which can be found here https://karatens.org/programs/team/.
Tryout Registration Fee: If you are trying out for the Karate NS Team there is a $100 registration fee. Upon registering you will receive an invoice via email that needs to be paid via PayPal or Credit Card.
All members attending these workouts must complete their athlete registration prior to attending their first training session.
