We have had a few camps during covid, but now with regulations adjusting, and the 2022 Nationals schedule for July 2022 in Newfoundland, it is time to get serious.
It all begins with a fitness test!!
The main focus of the camps will be for athletes 12 years old and up by July 1st, 2022, who are interested in trying our for future provincial teams, as well as those trying out for 2022 team.
However, we will also be accepting ages 10 to 11 for the first few workouts, which are Open Sessions, so we can guage the next generation.

Open to: All KNS members 10 years and older by July 1st, 2022
Where: Canada Games Centre, Halifax
When: October 24th, 2021
Time: 9:00am-12:00pm
Agenda: Fitness test (9-10:30 pm); kata & kumite training (10:30-12:00 pm)
**** Dress: Gi for karate workout, but indoor shoes and fitness clothes can be worn for fitness test.
Fee (per registrant): 2 Options.

- Option 1 – $95 for season tryout, no additional session fees for this season training sessions
- Option 2 – $15 per open session, more geared for those who are unsure or are not trying out but just attending open session.
