These training sessions are mandatory for those selected to the team.

Tryout Registration Fee: If you are trying out for the Karate NS Team there is a $120  registration fee. Upon registering you will receive an invoice via email that needs to be paid via PayPal or Credit Card.

All members attending these workouts should have completed their athlete registration prior to attending their first training session.  If not do ASAP.
